Gravel Clinic

WHAT IT IS: Join us for the first Gravel Curious Clinic of 2026. In conjunction with the Ride 2 Somerset Gravel Fondo, we are hosting a get-to-know gravel clinic for those "gravel curious" riders.  The clinic will be two parts: a short discussion about gravel riding followed by getting on our bikes and learning more about riding gravel and how it differs from road riding. We will do some skills work on the bike, then ride some of the beautiful gravel roads around the vineyard.

WHO IT'S FOR: This clinic is designed for the newer gravel rider or those looking to do a gravel event or just want more folks to ride gravel roads with. All ages and abilities are welcome.

EVENT LEADER: The clinic will be led by Team USA Triathlon Coach Joe Strandell. Joe has been coaching cycling for over 30 years and has led many riders to success in the US and Europe.
 

LOCATION: Somerset Ridge Vineyard & Winery will be our hosts. Address: 29725 Somerset Rd, Paola, KS 66071.
